Column Engineering has been in business since January 1, 2000 and was formed to provide software, hardware and mechanical engineering consulting services to the Midwest engineering community. Column Engineering is staffed by experienced engineers capable of solving customer concerns related to the design, implementation and testing of computer-based systems.

Product development is becoming an increasingly intricate process. The plethora of hardware platforms, the diversity of operating systems, and the numerous choices of programming languages and design tools, make for increasingly difficult staffing problems. At the same time, the move toward more formal development environments adds a demand for extra experience.
